Best shoe repair in the Bay – Brought my favorite shoes in and they did an amazing job fixing them. The customer service was fantastic the girl had my done repair at the counter when she saw me come in. Not to mention there amazing wall of socks.

good shoe selection, poor customer service – They have nice looking shoes, prices are average although more on the expensive side and they dont have any good sales. Customer service is poor and discriminatory, they dont treat all customers the same. In addition they usually only have one person working the floor and the register what makes the wait for a pair a shoes longer than what it should be. Overpriced, poor workmanship, and bad customer service – I have been a repeat cobblery customer here for the past 7 years but will not return in the future. The bottom line is that they overcharge and don't stand behind their workmanship. Although the repair prices have been increasing disproportionately in the past few years, I was still willing to pay more than the competition for what I believed was quality.
