I own a 2013 Audi Q7. I was about a month away from needing a registration renewal, and my check engine light was on. I was told by another shop it was my air injection system. I explain this to the mechanic here (he never told me his name), and he agreed to take a look at it. If you decide to use this business after reading my experience, then you deserve whatever you get. I have a 2004 BMW and I brought it in because the “service engine soon” light was on. They said they would check it out and have the results later in the evening. I received a call with the results from the diagnostic check and I authorized the repairs and they said my car would be ready in a couple of days which would be Saturday. I brought in my BMW X5 to get fixed because it was cutting off and the mechanic upcharged me for a diagnostic that was supposed to tell him everything that was wrong with the car. He told me the issues so i gave the go head to work on it he fixed 4 things on the car and charged me 1500 I picked the car up and not even a day later the same issue popped back up. Brought the car back to him to fix the issue he’s still not able to tell me what’s wrong with the car. He’s not knowledgeable about BMWs beware!!!!

I own a 2009 Audi A8L and I have been getting it serviced or repaired for the last 3 years at European Certified Auto Care. Orlyn is a very detailed and professional mechanic. He has always given me the best price possible for the labor, and his work is excellent. I will continue to have my car serviced here and will always refer people to him who value great customer service and quality work.
