Hello Alvry! I remember talking with you about that. I think you are referring to our "Processing Fee", which is disclosed in every advertisement. Almost every dealer (at least in the state of Virginia) has one and we have one of the lowest in the Hampton Roads area. They were a little slow to get back to me, possibly because that car had an offer on it I had to call them, ask for availability, get told a sales person would get back to me. That never happened, so I called again three or four days later, to be told there was an offer on the car. After that phone call, I received an email stating that there was an offer on the car, but if it fell through, they would contact me,
