I've been coming here since the eighties. Customer service is great prices are reasonable. Stop wasting money at the dealership give European a call.
Don’t waste your time. Complete waste of time I see why he has alot of 1 stars. I called ahead of time told him my wife and mom are going to drop off a gl450. They showed up not even an hour later and he told them they can’t leave it. I wouldn’t waste my time going again I see why he has all these bad reviews.
We had a timing belt done here as preventative maintenance and it’s been quite a rodeo. I planned to do it myself but sudden work constraints prevented me from doing it anytime soon and we were approaching the service interval on an interference motor and the cam position sensor, behind the cam gear, was causing an occasional EPC light, indicating it was time to get this done. What a marvelous discovery I made when I found European cars.. Bruno received my Volvo and quickly diagnosed and obscure problem.. ordered the part and within a day everything with assembled and ship shape.. I love my car but I don't like the Volvo dealerships in the Chicago area because they're overpriced and they don't do a great job.. european, however, did a wonderful job and a very reasonable price and found the problem quickly efficiently and expertly.. if you have a Volvo and it needs work bring it here and you'll nev... read more
