This dusty dump is stuck in the 1980's & it is super expensive! Alex, the owner, is completely arrogant & comes off as a miserable guy. On top of that, he is rude, impatient & talks down to you in a condescending manner. He even complained about having to look underneath my dash! It'd be like a painter complaining that he has to paint! That's your job!!!! The customer service is also horrible. We were talking about what needed to be done when another customer showed up. I've been taking all my cars here for the past 10 years. Not only does the shop sell high end audio products, they service and quality assurance that they provide is unmatched. The price they charge is more than reasonable for the quality of work they perform. I've gotten everything done here, from custom enclosures, to kill switches, ECS has everything. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
I have been involved with cars all my life. This shop was recommended and I was extremely disappointed in the workmanship ,Care taken and terrible customer service. I paid more for installation of two speakers than most shops charge.However since this shop was recommended I assumed the quality of work would be equal to the the labor charge. Only if you want to be disappointed consider this shop. 20 year bmwcca member.
