Super knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail oriented. You get a lot of information so you can make an intelligent decision about what the work is to be done. My parents have been taking the cars here for years, and I’ll bring both my BMW and my Audi here for service.
They are great people. It is a family business, and they are so honest and straightforward. They care about their customers’ finances as well as their cars. They are knowledgable and efficient. I trust them. When I first contacted them, they just wanted to help, and they had even told me to take our car to the company from where I had purchased, as it was a newly bought one. :)
This is an honest, highly qualified repair shop. Had my 81 Mercedes towed in w a fuel problem. They were thorough in eliminating algae from my tank and replaced fuel lines for a very reasonable price.
Best car repair in Salem. I can’t say enough about how easy it was to finally get my car fixed. I had taken my Volkswagen beetle to three other mechanics in town, none of them knew how to fix my car, overcharged, Didn’t fix it. So nice to have someone you can count on that communicate well and do the job right.
