this is my mechanic I go to all the time-- i moved to milwaukee recently and i still take my car here. I feel like the prices are reasonable and they do a good job at explaining what things need to get done and why.
Straightforward, organized, and, honest shop. Front manager walked me through their service recommendation and parts options w/ out upselling. My repair was done within the time-scope promised. German SUV serviced here and will be back.
The owner is great and fixed my parts just fine. As for the front desk, she called me and told me my vehicle is ready for pickup. When I dropped it off she could’ve told me how long it would take but she didn’t. It was ready on the same day. Language barrier with owner and I suppose she could be there to help but she was pretty bad at communicating to me when it would be ready and how long it would take. Good result, service could be better.
