Great staff and fair prices. The entire process was very nice thanks to the people there. Everyone was incredibly considerate and polite!
The guys at European Autowerks are so friendly and honest. I have had several car repairs done here, big and small, and they always do a great job. The pricing is fair and I never worry about getting ripped off. They also fixed my key fob when I brought my car in for an oil change which was really sweet of them.
Brought our car over to get a second opinion on a brake job. The dealership said that brakes were worn out ~ 3 mm. EAW took the car out for a drive, lifted the car and shared that the brakes were healthy and in good condition. Had another 10,000 miles left. Appreciate their honesty. Will be coming back for future auto work.
Took my cars here for repair and was ripped off. Unbelievably high prices. A true rip off. Rick in the front desk is a scammer and told me they refused to do service on my cars anymore because I complained about there high prices. He made me go home in an Uber and come back for my car. By me paying them top dollar for all those times and never short changing them I feel discriminated by him telling me they refused my business. I will take my business elsewhere.
The owner is great and fixed my parts just fine. As for the front desk, she called me and told me my vehicle is ready for pickup. When I dropped it off she could’ve told me how long it would take but she didn’t. It was ready on the same day. Language barrier with owner and I suppose she could be there to help but she was pretty bad at communicating to me when it would be ready and how long it would take. Good result, bad service.
