I called them that if they can change battery thy said yes we do and told me they are open till 4:30pm i got there at 4pm but they already left I came next day they we don’t work on range rover Stupid staff they don’t have value of other’s I recommend don’t go there and save time

Beware of this place!! Gary has little to no customer service experience, extremely rude and short. I have been a customer for over 5 years, but I will no longer be giving them my business. There are other certified European mechanics in Fresno with great customer service and better pricing. Best of luck to this company while they watch their cliental dwindle due to lack of service.
I bought a used Benz from a private seller and I was not expecting that I could get in for a PPI. Spoke to Phil and instructed to drop off the car and in an hour or so, provided me with a comprehensive report. Because of the findings, I was able to make an informed decision on purchasing the car. Thank you Phil and everyone in the shop for your customer service!
