The Burlington location for European Automotive has always been consistent in providing not only excellent service but they also take the time to explain in as much detail as the customer wants what the issue was and how it was remedied. They also provide multipoint inspections to identify any potential faults. I do recommend their service especially to owners of European branded vehicles.

Update: After my original review was posted, Matt contacted us and arranged an in-person meeting to discuss the situation. During that meeting they reviewed the details of the repair, explained the work their team had carried out, and addressed the concerns we had raised.
