Great staff and service!
Since they have moved locations, the service has been horrible. They charge for diagnostics and never give you a report. I have had to follow up several times. Please take your car elsewhere.
I have been a long-time customer of this establishment and, in the past, always considered it a good place to bring both of my German cars. Unfortunately, my last few experiences have led me to reconsider continuing as a client. Dealership level or better service at reasonable rates! My preferred place for regular maintenance and diagnostics but the only catch is they use direct from dealer parts and won’t touch a used component. I understand this is to maintain standards but my $3k new module was $300 used off eBay and serves well. I’m gonna see them for my next new sensor swap and oil change soon! Just want to be wealthy enough to afford all new parts from now, blame BMW for ridiculous pricing not these honest folks.
I brought my Porsche Macan to EA for an oil change and they charge significantly less than the dealer. I was very pleased with their service and they have a nice lounge area if you need to wait on your car. I had trouble reaching them initially by phone and webform, but once I got a live voice after my 3rd attempt to reach them, they did a great job taking care of me and my car. Recommended.
