I wish I had just taken our car to Greensboro because we had our car in multiple times, every one of which coming back with the same problem. One of the times I got stranded just after picking it up. They finally just basically told me that they don’t want to deal with it anymore and to take it to the dealer. One of the times it went in with the shifter working and then came back and it was broken and I had to replace it. Only reason I leave two stars is at least they were never flat out rude.
Alex and Liz are wonderful to work with! Very honest work and clear communication. They have worked on my BMW a couple times now and we are always impressed with their kindness. Definitely recommend!!
