I had a great experience with this body shop. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The work was completed with great attention to detail, and my vehicle looked fantastic when I picked it up. I really appreciated the excellent customer service especially with Mahan who did the assessment. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality work.
5 stars! Excellent experience with European Autobody after my Tesla Model Y was rear-ended. They are Tesla approved and were recommended by my insurer. They replaced the rear hatch and bumper cover, and the workmanship was outstanding. The paint match is flawless — you would never know the car had been repaired. Communication was easy and efficient, and the car was returned spotlessly clean inside and out. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and service. Highly recommended!
What an amazing experience. My first car accident (a rear ender) but the damage to the car was erased after a few weeks wait. From working with my adjuster, to handling the rental, explaining in detail over several phone calls what needed to be replaced, to walking me through how the repairs would happen, European Autobody is a seriously talented group of people.
