European Auto Tech is the only place I choose to take my BMW. Ben and his team know how to treat the customer and are very professional. Ben always has your best interests in mind and will do what's right for you and your car. Ben has years of experience, working with automobiles like BMWs. Like it has been said before, this place comes recommended 100%.
I was heading out of town for the weekend and my car was running rough. I called European Auto Tech and they immediately helped me. In less then a hour I had a new coil on my car and was able to enjoy my weekend out of town. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a honest shop that puts the customer needs first!!
The guys at European Auto Tech are absolutely amazing! I took my vehicle to them on a Wednesday. By the following Thursday I had a new starter, clutch, axle boot, and other repairs ordered, installed, and ready to go. No one else in town even comes close when it comes to the knowledge and customer service that European Auto Tech provides. Had a Check Engine light come on Thursday morning (it was 1deg.F out) so my first call was to Ben at European Auto Tech. Told me to bring it in same day and he would check it out with his factory BMW diagnostic computer. Turned out to be a misfire on cylinders 1,4 and 7. Felt it was due to the extreme cold weather and potential condensation. Since I have 75k miles on the plugs, we ordered new plugs, which were in the next day, and plan to replace them as preventative maintenance. Could be coil packs as well but Ben suggested... read more
