Honestly, I have mixed feelings on this. I always enjoyed dealing with the real Paul - former owner. He is open, friendly, honest and dependable in all aspects. I trust him, but he is no longer the boss. Family business is tough and the business changes are unfortunate. But, the new guy has a whole different way of looking at things. Spilled break fluid on my seats, broke my window , worked on things i didn’t ask to work on, noise didn’t go away. Do not use them, i give them a .5 star to be nice.
They can fix anything...
We have been getting oil service for about 10 Years now! Honest and Reliable service! We’ve taken our cars to Paul for break service and oil changes and tuneups and never have been disappointed! We will keep coming for service here without a doubt. And I do not trust any other service shops out there like I trust European auto!
I was outraged at the way I heard an employee speak to another customer... a female. I could not believe that a hard paying customer would be referred to as a 'hoe' in a round about way. (Making sexual innuendos about what she had to do to get the money to pay for her vehicle) I was floored in disgust........ and not just because I'm another female... but because I'm another human. This poor lady was clearly upset by this mans filth. Nasty pig!
