I was a little suspicious about all the raving here online...and had a great experience. What a pleasure to find an honest & talented shop. I had quotes from 2 close shops (that seem to be feeding *nicely* off rich collision insurance) and am thrilled I decided to try MBO. I'm certain the work is equal to or superior to the other shops, the price was fair, and the experience was first rate.

After 2 weeks of messing with junkyard parts I now have my Acura back with new Factory parts. The Insurance Adjuster insisted on trying to ruin my vehicle and Coastal Collision refused to put worn-out rusted crap on my car...Thanks Guys!.......

May have been the worst experience I've ever had at any business. The entire time I was in the office I felt like a piece of meat surrounded by hungry dogs. The only person I felt comfortable around was a guy named Jordan, who must have been gay. On top of this my car came back two different colors! Do not send your vehicle here! Since this happened I've heard nothing but bad things about this place.

My car was hit and the driver of the other vehicle had Nationwide insurance so their insurance was covering the cost. I received a check from Nationwide to have the car repaired. I believe the amount of the check was way more than what it should cost for the repairs. Johnson’s Body Shop gave me an estimate way below the value of the check but then they asked how much did Nationwide give me? and so after the repairs they asked for the entire check to the penny and I immediately thought they were just going to take the full am... read more

I would avoid this place. They are very dishonest. They quoted used, after-market, and salvage replacement parts. I asked why not OEM parts from the manufacturer, they replied that insurance would not pay for that. I searched the internet and found numerous sites that sold OEM parts which were CHEAPER (at my retail pricing) than their quote for used parts. My insurance adjuster said that is part of their game to try to make a few more dollars. I can only image how poor their warranty and actual quality of repairs would be. O... read more
