Slow to finish their work - won't give accurate timelines – We took our 07 VW Rabbit to them from relatively minor body work (hood, front fender, bumper, radiator, etc.). After a bit more than 2 weeks - they would continually tell us that it was 'almost done'. They kept discovering parts that they didn't get though they claim they ordered them (they have a serious problem with not inventorying parts that come in - otherwise they would catch this up front, not when putting the car back together). Consumer BEWARE !! – Do yourself a great big favor saving money and get multiple estimates BEFORE going with THIS company. They OVER ESTIMATE and EXAGERATE on "labor charges" -- and you will get stuck with a big fat bill. Owner told me the car was worked on for 1 week, when indeed it was in and out of the shop in ONE day. Stay clear of European Auto Body and go elsewhere for a fair deal.
