Not even 24 hours later my nail broke as it rubbed against my sweat pants. It ripped my nail off and broke in the middle. Asked for builder gel.... the amount of product left is ridiculous. These are so thin. Do not recommend.
I will not go back. Emily, I think that was her name, cut me 3 times during my pedicure. When I told her about it, she giggled!?!? Afterwards, Sony shaped my nails & painted them. He was ok until Emily overcharged me $50.00. Sony was very inappropriate and told me it was the banks problem! He was very unprofessional. Im assuming hes the manager. It took 2 WEEKS to get a refund!! The entire salon smelled of sewage!! I dont know how this place is still open. Terrible service and the place smells of shit!
My nails popped off not even a full week after getting them. I don’t do strenuous work and they lifted almost immediately. They popped off with no pain… idk how that’s possible. I was also a walk in that he treated like he didn’t want to service and was rude, and talked aggressively at me. Horrible experience.
Sony is the best. I highly recommend making your appointment with him. I’ve gone to other salons and always return to Sony.
