I have tried calling this location multiple times to set up an appointment, but no one ever answers the phone. I am not doing walk-ins because I live too far away. If someone answered the phone, you wouldve been tipped very nicely. But I’ll be moving on at this point.

If I could give zero stars, I would! They tried to take advantage of a 13 year old who was getting their nails done for the first time. Some of the nails are crooked and the staff made assumptions about her parents. I would not go here ever again!
I came into European Nail in the Westmoreland Mall after injuring a nail and needing it removed ASAP. Thankfully, it wasn’t a problem—the gentleman who helped me was kind, gentle, and handled the situation with care. That positive start gave me confidence to stay and get a fill-in on the rest of my nails with a very simple design.
