If I could give zero stars, I would! They tried to take advantage of a 13 year old who was getting their nails done for the first time. Some of the nails are crooked and the staff made assumptions about her parents. I would not go here ever again!
I came into European Nail in the Westmoreland Mall after injuring a nail and needing it removed ASAP. Thankfully, it wasn’t a problem—the gentleman who helped me was kind, gentle, and handled the situation with care. That positive start gave me confidence to stay and get a fill-in on the rest of my nails with a very simple design. If I could give them a 0 star I would- WORST experience ever. Cannot believe this. They are extremely rude, unskillful (couldn’t execute my design), don’t understand English, and impatient. DO NOT, waste your time going into this salon, other salons are much better. They are family owned and none deserve a single penny. RUN.
I have been going here for years..I have never left unhappy. Derek is my go too nail tech.. he does a excellent job and very friendly. I highly recommend...
