I’ve been coming here about once a week for a sandwich for a few years, excluding the past couple months. I went back today and my sandwich was quite disappointing. The ingredients were not fresh and it didn’t come with as many toppings as before (dry/pale tomato, lettuce was sour, onion was missing). And it was more expensive than I remember. The serving staff has always been lovely, and I don’t mind paying a higher price but please bring back quality ingredients.
This Place is a joke......going down hill. I ordered a eclair that tasted like a week old. Ordered the custard and the old guy gave me the cherry. Didn't even know how to work the register. And please have someone that can speak English. Where are all the European ladies?????

this place is not overrated :) it's an old school bakery with lots of different yummy pastries, cakes, and fresh DONUTS!
