Horrible...you provide them a VIN number, and they provide you the wrong part. Then proceed to charge you for the return, and blame their "Database". Lousy customer service and long on excuses. But they have been in business since waaaaay back in 2009. LOL...buyer beware. Oh yeah, try to leave a review on their website...looks like they filter them to guard their reputation...
3 days after order I had to call to track down my shipment. It was still sitting on the warehouse floor. "Ground shipments are not a priority" I was told over the phone when I called to inquire. Two thumbs down on Europa Parts.
