Great Service & nice guys – I just got my car back from this place and wanted to write a review. They got me in promptly, diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it quickly. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the problem to me and not treat me like an idiot. I also didn't get any pressure to fix other "problems" that they found. They mentioned a few things to keep in mind and plan to fix in the future but I felt they were honest with me about the priorties given my limited budget. They are now my go-to shop.... read more
No service – I was having a check engine light come on. Stopped in to see if they would do a diagnostic. Three people standing at a counter and they were as useless and anti customer as could be. They didn't want to look at mine waiting to hear back from another customer they may have. All the time eating their lunch. Much Improved – I've been 2 more times since my first visit. I wanted to post to let people know that my first visit was unusual. Customer service has been top notch ever since. Highly recommend.
Poor Customer Service – Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. They do not answer their phone. They have had my car 2 days and I've called at least 6 times and gotten an answering machine. When I finally did get someone on the phone the person who knew something about my car was not in. Nobody else there apparently knew anything. So, I have no idea if my car is repaired or if any work was actually done.
