Was here for an event for Marie Curie Cancer, every member of staff where very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, would definitely return.

James and his staff made my stay completely stress free! From check in to check out I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Hotel rooms and dining areas were very clean, food was beautiful. I will be back!

Best hotel in Northern Ireland!! Cannot thank the staff enough for all there help throughout my stay. They were always on hand for any need we had 24/7. The restaurants in the hotel are gorgeous. The room was super clean. The whole venue was spotless, and well designed. The view from the window looked over Belfast opposite, loved to people watch. Will be back xx
I totally regret booking this hotel. There was/is banging and loud noise from within the hotel as I type this. I informed the reception more than 20 minutes ago. Nothing has been done. It's after midnight, I'm here on business and not pleasure. I've never had this type of experience in a hotel that's supposed to be classy. I absolutely will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again.
