I placed an order for a wedding and didn't give the flowers we specifically asked for. After contacting the owner over the phone, the customer service was poor and the owner is very rude, does not know how to talk to the customers and does not know how to provide customer service. Instead of fixing the mistake of remaking the bouquet she cancelled the order last minute before the wedding. If there would be a rating in negative I would be giving the rating in negative than 1 star. Worst custom service and very rude owner.
