I ran into a difficult, frustrating situation where my oil filter was completely dried up and wouldn't come off after several different people attempted to help. I got in touch with whingy via facebook messenger and within seconds, he responded and gave me suggestions. After speaking with him for a few minutes, he agreed to help that same day and accommodated me and met me at my vehicle, which was stuck, very late at night which was very much appreciated.
