I never even got to the place. The man on the phone was what I perceived as extremely rude. They basically wanted to give me a date to come and drop off the car - in 6 weeks! With an appointment they couldn't tell you a definitive time. Guy was very rude and crass anytime I had a question. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever seen.
