I had a box off of my registry from Crate and Barel that got damages during delivery. I called up to see if I could return it. They were incredibly helpful and had no issue taking the box back in store with no questions asked. While they didn't have my piece in store, they had it shipped to me, no charge, and it was to me within 3 business days.

Crate and Barrel. Their leather FOLIO line of chairs crack and fall apart. Poor quality and the company will not replace. On the home of two adults very little use. Poor quality NewRe before you buy FOLIO LINE

I cannot begin to express my frustration this store has brought to my husband and I over the past 3 months. I have been a dedicated shopper for YEARS, and even had C&B a part of my wedding registry. The Manager, Shannon, and GM, not only told my husband and I we owed them 100 more dollars than we were originally quoted on our furniture, but were demeaning and completely unprofessional. We registered for our wedding for Crate & Barrel online. I've also shopped many times in the King of Prussia store. Our overal experience was always AWEsome. The store staff is dedicated to making a positive shopping experience out of the smallest purchase. I love the eclectic styles and always look forward to shopping either in this store or online.
