They don't accept refunds even when they sold me a new bath barn door and gave me a returned one with missing pieces and damage parts.
As everything is my opinion, this store has many European products of great quality, at a very low price, the attention in my case was pretty good until coffee was given to me. everything you buy takes me at once.
Before I left to go to the Euro Hardware & Bath store, I called them to make sure they had both handles that I needed, how much they cost and if they accepted American Express credit card. The sales representative that answer the phone said that they had both handles, and accepted AMEX. So I drove about 45 minutes to get to that store.
