After having a few flooring specialists look into fixing my current floors they mentioned that the work done by Eurofloors was “embarrassing” and they have never seen concrete floors so uneven in a restaurant. All of my chairs rock very very badly unless turned perfectly. It’s the biggest qualm from my guests in a $200+ per person restaurant. We called Euro Floors to clean up the nasty floor in a warehouse we were moving into. We had a limited budget and short timeline to get this work done, and Euro Floors was able to get the job done a week before we expected at a cost right within our budget. They cleaned the floors, repaired cracks and crevices, painted it with a perfect gray coat and even added multicolor textured flakes - all in 2 days. What a great company. Not the cheapest (a little above average), but they do what they promise.
EUROfloors specializes in Stained Concrete flooring systems. They do great quality work and takes pride in their workmanship. They are located in Davidson, NC and not at this location on Andersen Street. Unfortunately there is a company in Matthews with a similar name (Euro Hardwood Floors) that receives very poor reviews.
This company does not offer good service, good warranty, or good product. They also do not understand the client needs very well. I decided to give them a chance. They make everything sound great. However they do not care about repeat business. They constantly change their business name and scam the same customers or new ones. Avoid at all cost.
