Not really a viable option to get your vehicle repaired. Assessment went well, I thought, and then all I got was radio silence. I can't even leave a message for them on their phone. It would be best to go somewhere else, in my view, which I'm doing.
They did such an awesome job fixing up the boo boo on my BMW bumper, looked better than new! Kept me updated every step of the way. Top notch service and didn’t cut corners. And an awesome detail job on top of that at the time of pickup. Thank you all so much!
Customer service is horrible
It was supposed to be a 10 day repair to the back quarter panel of the Mazda 2. To this day (2/16/23) it's been over a month, and still waiting for the call to pick up the car! Two weeks after the original date of drop off, I received a call that the repairs were complete. I went to pick up the car. I noticed two imperfections in the paint. The manager(Matthias) asked if I could bring it back at the beginning of the week to have the imperfections buffed out.
