I booked a room here for a July'2026 stay 6 months in advance via Agoda. To be safe, I even directly emailed the hotel manager and received a formal confirmation of my reservation. 3 months later, they abruptly cancelled my booking, claiming the hotel was "fully booked." However, a quick search showed the rooms were still very much available on the market—just at 3 times the price I had originally locked in. Review of Room 614 (ADA).The bed is much too high for wheelchair users. Likewise, the carpets in the hotel hallways and in the rooms are a nightmare for wheelchair users. The bathroom was sufficiently large.
Clean rooms. Business suite is very nice.
