Além de muito bonito e confortável tem estacionamento grátis. A localização é boa , os funcionários são atenciosos e o quarto grande, moderno e elegante.
The hotel itself and the rooms are good, but the bar service and hotel shuttle were a master class in incompetency. I was in the place for less than 8 hours and was hit with 3 different problems. I took the shuttle at 10:30 p.m. with five flight attendants. After we fought through traffic and finally got out of the airport, the driver turned around and went ALL THE WAY BACK just to pick up one more passenger instead of driving the last two minutes to the hotel and dropping the rest of us off first. Stayed here for a night before our cruise and it was quite enjoyable. Jose Luis at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He even prepared a cake for us. We did have an issue with leaking in our room due to the condensation from the AC unit but the staff addressed it. Would return and stay here again. Rooms were clean and had a luxurious feeling to it.
I booked a room here for a July'2026 stay 6 months in advance via Agoda. To be safe, I even directly emailed the hotel manager and received a formal confirmation of my reservation. 3 months later, they abruptly cancelled my booking, claiming the hotel was "fully booked." However, a quick search showed the rooms were still very much available on the market—just at 3 times the price I had originally locked in.
