Great experience! Management staff was cordial, professional and helpful with everything we needed. Great amenities and ideal location.
Management office staff are just terrible! unprofessional, a bunch of arrogant people speaking Spanish (even though we are in a country where the official language is English and many tenants do not speak Spanish). RATS infestation!!! Yes!!! There're rats - we catch about 6 in our unit and had to hire a private pest control company, as the management wouldn't do anything about it. If not enough, the social areas cleaning is above average. After couple of years there, we are glad we are moving away!!! Keep away!!
That was for sure the WORST place I ever worked!!! Cleaning below average, rat infestation, lazy maintenance employees and terrible managers: rude, arrogant, unprepared people... But the rat infestation and the cleaning is by far the worst! Of course the management is terrible as well for not committing at all on solving tenants problems!!! Again, THE WORST PLACE I EVER WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
