I was provided with very professional initial service and follow up service to my was even better on 2009 ML550 which was totally unrelated to my first visit they were able to find the issue and make the necessary corrections definitely is my shop of choice for this vehicle
Being a woman and going to a mechanic is nerve- reckoning. I can say this company has an individual persay Adam that has excellent customer service. I didn’t feel they would mislead me or mess up anything with my Mercedes-Benz Truck. He also showed me every step of the process, the filters they were changing, and the European oil. I’ve always taken it to the dealership to get the necessary service. But they were just as GREAT, probably. Even better because of the professionalism. I love that for them
There’s repair shops, and then there’s European Car Care. Red carpet for cars ! Adam is as knowledgeable and honest of a mechanic as you’re going to find. All the mechanics there are polite and very thorough in their work. If you have a foreign vehicle that needs repairs just do yourself a simple favor and call adam .
