What a great and no stress process. We did our research looking for the best place to bring our 04 BMW X3. The reviews on the quality of service, professionalism, commitment to customers, and value for $ are what brought us here. Now we confirm they are the BEST in all categories. We were kept in the loop, received detailed phone explanations as well as written quotes. The total cost was in line with the quotes. Where do you start? The team here at Euro tech has been simply amazing!!! From the friendly emails on estimates to the scheduling of my repairs to the free loaner (if you return with the fuel replaced) to my favorite part the service. Oh my friendly, fast, communicated every step along the way and last but not least honest!!!! As a woman it’s easy for some shops to use that to their advantage, NOT here!!!!!
