Made an appointment over the phone two weeks in advance for 4/28, even took a day off work to accommodate it. When I arrived, the business was closed. I called and was informed via answering machine that they would be closed until 4/30. I'm not sure why exactly someone would take my information and schedule an appointment for a day that the business was CLOSED but thanks a million for wasting my time AND a day's pay!
