We have had our vehicle at Mikes shop for going on 3 months, my brother initially referred us, trusted his friend/previous coworker Mike with our car, the initial problem was a misfire on cylinder 3, he is extremely unprofessional, doesn’t let us know what is being done and costs prior, he has done so much work we NEVER authorized or signed for, we just wanted the initial issue fixed and were ok with that. I wasn't aware that aftermarket parts were being used on my car until I had to take my car elsewhere to the Audi dealership. Euro Solutions is cheaper than the dealership but I had to pay thousands to diagnose and attempt to fix the damage the aftermarket parts did on my car. Saden, I ended up selling it because the cost to fix it, up to $6k - $13k, is more than the car is worth.
I have been extremely disappointed with Mike during my recent visit. I went to get a wheel bearing replaced on my BMW. I left the car with him and he kept the car for 3 days without doing any repair and just to give me an estimate. The repair only took an hour at a different place. He was quoting me more than a dealer and was trying to rip me off by telling me that it needed a differential. He was trying to make a wheel bearing job a big deal.
