Excellent experience. First of all, Mike is an incredible person, he spoke to me like a friend of mine for a long time in our very first meeting itself. I told him the problems, he did the exact repairs it needed, not more, not less. Anyone going to this shop would love the fact that they don't upsell things that you really don't need like other shops. I had my Mini Cooper serviced here today, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had an appointment, and they began working on my car right away. The service was completed promptly, and the final cost matched the quote I was given when I scheduled the appointment. no surprises. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be returning if I need any additional service in the future!
