A very poorly organized business and lack of consideration for customers. I am very disappointed and shocked. I live in an assisted living facility and also in a wheelchair, and am soon to be married. I made an appointment with the hair salon on Tuesday, November 30, for 1:45 PM that Thursday. In fact, I called again to let them know another lady was coming in at 1:00 PM. I was told that I would have to wait until my appointment time.
