Terrible Job! I had paid $1800 for both the front and back yard in 2022 for removal of blocks and new sod. Over the years, I suspected they had lied that the sand was removed before applying new sod because grass was getting drier and drier. I was right. After digging and removing the dead grass, I found sand all mixed with the soil. This company had lied about their work and cannot be trusted. Make shortcuts, and then take the larger cut from laborers.
