Took my car to Euro Motorcars Appearance Center recently and overall had a really good experience. The staff was professional from the beginning and took time to explain the process instead of just trying to rush everything through. You can tell they work on a lot of high end vehicles because they paid attention to small details that most places probably wouldn’t even notice. The car came back looking amazing honestly. Most untrustworthy place ever. They charge $1200 for A1 service - which is a rip off, only includes topping off fluids, tire rotation and basics. Then they recommended 7k in repairs for a car with less than 30k miles. I got a second opinion at a specialist and showed me the “damaged” parts and said there was no repairs required at the moment. It’s already tough enough out here but can’t even count on your car dealer not to rip you off after spending thousands on a vehicle. I would never spend another red penny with them. And... read more

Horrible service from this service lane helper I think he had too much ego going with his oversized tux too big for the small dude. Horrible service, horrible attitude horrible customer service. Shooed me away with a horrible hand gesture like I was a dog no respect. Didn’t even try to help me after the fact of doing that to my face.
I take my 2016 Smart fortwo here for maintenance and repairs, and the service is always fantastic. Shout out to Wesley for being a terrific service advisor!
