Not only once that I have to wait for a long time to receive my parts but twice. Meanwhile, it says on their website that parts can be ship in 1-2 days but waited almost 3 weeks on my previous oreder and i dont know how long i have to wait this time. Website was misleading.

Picked up a coolant flange from them on Saturday, installed it on car, found it leaking right away. Called to ask if anyone has had issues with the same manufacturer and the guy on the phone said no. Called the dealer and got an OEM one, installed it and no leaks. Called back and asked if anything can be done and the guy said nothing can be done as it’s not installed by a shop and if it’s installed correctly. Im a licensed technician and the coolant flange is 3 bolts and 2 coolant hoses. What a waist of money!
I finally found a good place to buy VW parts for my daughters car. I called about a part and they had it in stock. It's nice when you go into an actual store. I bought stuff off another place and asked if I could come to thier store, they told me order online, pay first then pick up.
Very hard. The unit is on the left and there is no sign to show this is the location. Easy to walk in and order
