I love this shop. I never go wrong with them. I'm treated good even though I have an older model BMW. (Which is probably good for their business). I highly recommend this place if you're getting work done. The always do my BMW x5 right. She still purrs.
At first I was very wary about taking my 07 3 series to anywhere but the dealership, but Coast Motor Werk is seriously the only place I will take it. I know I can trust Brad and his team because they are truly knowledgeable about these cars and definitely don't charge for miscellaneous crap. Brad and his team do an amazing job every time! Coast Motor Werk has been great to me! They get the job done quickly, affordably, and perfectly every time. They care about the customer and about your car. I am usually pretty picky about my car but when I hand off my keys to Coast Motor Werk, I know my car is in very good hands. I recommend them to anyone who owns a BMW or MINI! Truly the best service and team I have ever met!
Coast Motor Werk is better than a dealership! They actually care about the car you are driving and that you walk out of their shop a happy customer! I made an online appointment and took my Mini cooper 09 sport to Coast motor Werk. I dealt with Derrick, who was friendly and knowledgeable. When I spoke with him he gave me confidence in the work to be performed by saying "Yes, we work Mini Coopers" rather than the response you get from a lot of mechanics who say "yeah, we can look at that." Loved the experience here at Coast Motor Werks! My Mini Cooper 09 S needed an oil change at 48k and I was reluctant to take it to the dealer and even more so to take it to one of those quick change places. The price was right for my oil change. Derrick did a great job of letting me about future potential problems and setting up a watch list for me in the next several months. I took my Mini Cooper S 09 to CWM for a 48K oil change and was very pleased. The pricing was in line with what I was expecting to pay for a mechanic that knew what they were doing and wasn't the dealer. Derrick, the gentleman at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful with the service. He pointed out several items that I need to keep in mind for the future and provided me with information on my recalled water pump.
