They must use AI to communicate. I was told a vehicle was not available. Then it was. I asked for a link to verify if it was the same vehicle. They never sent the information. I asked multiple times where they were located and kept getting same AI message. Not the address. When I asked about Car Fax, they said they had it, but I would have to be there in person (so drive an hour and half) to get the information. No thank you.
I’d give 0 stars if I could guy that took the call completely unprofessional probably the owner couldn’t give me the lender terms and said everything on cargurus was bs and inaccurate wanted 10k minimum as down with my credit scraping the excellent range do not buy from here because they will take advantage of you and will try to make you seem/sound like an idiot
