We never felt pressured, and she took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and honesty. Thank y... read more
They must use AI to communicate. I was told a vehicle was not available. Then it was. I asked for a link to verify if it was the same vehicle. They never sent the information. I asked multiple times where they were located and kept getting same AI message. Not the address. When I asked about Car Fax, they said they had it, but I would have to be there in person (so drive an hour and half) to get the information. No thank you.
