On December 22nd I was on my way home to Monterey when my Mercedes suddenly stopped working mid freeway. I had the car towed to the parking lot at this place and dropped my key in the box. They happened to be open on the 23rd and the 24th, which I didn't expect! They got to work quickly diagnosing the problem. Luckily it was a relatively inexpensive, quick easy fix. Ray and his technicians are the best. They take good care of us and all their customers. Highly recommend his European and his Domestic & Japanese shops. Both on the same street, just two blocks away. Update 12/6/2024 Ray and his team are excellent. They came through again by finding the right part for our 2014 MB EV. You guys are awesome!
Ray was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He thoroughly went over the issues, and cares about the customer.
