Meritage Euro Auto Care saved our trip from the Bay Area to Truckee when my car suddenly started malfunctioning as we were passing through Auburn. Even though they were clearly busy, they graciously fit us in and got us back on the road in a few hours. We could have had an absolute disaster on the side of the freeway in the heat, but instead we spent a few hours in Auburn and in their nice, air conditioned waiting room. I am so happy that I found Meritage Automotive. I needed a transmission service. I called 9 places and none of them could provide this service. I went to Auburn. Carissa was really nice and professional. she explained why other services couldn’t do the procedure. I appreciate her spending time to let me know. I had to leave my car.
