This is the best used car buying experience I've had in all of my 65 years of buying cars. I made an appointment and met with Romeo to explain what I was looking for. He asked the right questions to get right down to the nitty gritty on what would and what wouldn't work for my budget and specific driving needs. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes from out of state through Euro Auto Boutique, and I can honestly say the service I received was exceptional. Whenever I had questions or issues with the vehicle, he was always available and just a phone call away. Buying a car—especially from someone you don’t know and from out of state—can be extremely frustrating, but this gentleman made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The car is made an appointment to see was not ready for sale. He told me on the phone it was in perfect condition. The heating and cooling mechanism was broken, so it made a constant noise. The illegal tinting was coming off. The labor on under dashboard work can be huge. The car exterior, engine and interior had not been detailed. This dealer takes no pride in their products for sale. The slovenly dressed salesman excused this because the car was low miles and was a deal.
Horrible people. This "dealership" buys vehicles off facebook marketplace, perform zero maintenance or inspections, and re-list those same vehicles with a 75% markup. Don't get scammed by "Euro Boutique". These are the worst of the worst
