I am a current renter we have had nothing but problems from no parking to no water to leaking ceilings people drive like racers in parking lot about half of the laundry machines don't work. And its like pulling teeth just to get the office lady to be kind and deal with the issues professionally. Side walks next to door has had a dead mouse stuck on it since June 1st need i go on. Positives it does have a pool low crime. They have green grass.
This is the most amazing facility ever. Staff is so friendly and tell it to you straight! The grounds are so pretty and the events they put on are awesome! Definitely recommend!
I really enjoy living here because it's in a great location, the grounds are kept clean, it stays pretty quiet, and the office staff are great! I had so many questions moving in and they were happy to answer & break down EVERYTHING! The rent is also very reasonable for the going rate, and the inside of the units are also very nice and comfortable. Parking is also pretty convenient. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone!
I love this place! It's a safe, clean, friendly environment! Plus the management and staff are amazing!!
