We own a building in downtown San Francisco. A well known local pest control company recommended James to us for rodent proofing work, and told us that he'll do a fine job. James returned our call in minutes, and showed up at the building in half an hour. He made a thorough inspection of the place for free, and even taught the manager how to simply solve the problem by himself. James is absolutely professional. knowledgeable, and helpful.

I bought in Potrero Hill and have been using "Jay the Bug Guy" for 6 years. Always professional, cheerful and totally trustworthy, my family and I trust him with our home and Bugs. That includes the Potrero Possums, (rats which frequently use our fence line to traverse the property.) Once a year I have Jay visit our home in Mendocino to do his thing. I guess that I had the opposite experience with Jay, He always answered my calls quickly and just as quickly came to our house to fix any problems.We had a TERRIBLE problem with rats in our house. I truly felt that Jay answered my prayers as he got rid of the rats then rat-proofed our house. Then he would (quickly) respond to remove any dead rats that we found or any other requests that I made.He is all business so he doesn't stop to chat, but he has specific advice and I would highly recommend him.
