We e have had a very good experience with Ideal self storage.
All was easy to set up. Unfortunately the unit was already occupied when I got there but it was resolved shortly after.
I've had my things stored here since before Ideal took over. Always clean and safe. My lock quit working and the gentleman looking after maintenance replaced it promptly. I feel comfortable knowing my belongings are being stored and looked after. I don't live close enough to check everyday or even every week, so this is one thing i don't have to worry about. Never a problem with payment and staff answers any concerns or questions I have immediately. Thanks y'all!
