They make it easy to make my payments each month, they are always professional and helpful. One day I did not put my lock on correctly, so my things could have been stolen . The company called me as soon as they notice. I went right away to lock my unit. I was very grateful and appreciated they contacted my right away. I also know they walk the property and that gives me peace of mind. Thank you ldeaĺ storage staff. God bless you all.
We have stored our things here for a couple years now and never had an issue with theft or billing. Anytime I have had a question they always respond quickly. They keep it clean unlike others we have used in the past. We were full time RVers so all our home furnishings were stored. Highly recommend.
I just started using the facility, but I have found it very clean and in good repair. The staff have been very helpful in our decision of what units to rent. They have also been very friendly. The prices also seem to be fair.

Very easy setup and keyless access via app on phone. Customer Service has been great as well. Very convenient to Richland Chambers Lake and the only TEMP CONTROLLED option in the area.
