Love this place! They always take care of my band and our friends when we stay in Eureka Springs, which is a lot! Thanks again guys!
If you're looking for a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with great location then The Matterhorn is the place to stay!! I was very impressed with the quaint hospitality here, especially the adorable little puggle named Ripley that came out to greet me! This amazing gem does justice to Eureka's reputation as the Little Switzerland of the Ozarks...
Worse place I have ever stayed! Dated, like a walk back into the 50s! Avoid like the plague!!!
The owner hit my husband In the face because we let a friend stay with us .. We offered extra money it was the last room and only only on bed ... I went to leave and was cornered my kids were screamed at for complimenting his things .how do I stop a kid from looking at flowers while im being screamed at (so do touch anything) ... He is a drunk look it up on public records he is out of control.
Owner was very personable and helpful. Hotel needs updating and cleaning staff could use some work.
Staff is so kind, helpful and knows history of town well. They really go the extra mile to make your stay a great one, also its really nice to sit in the rocking chairs on the covered balcony and watch the cars go buy on Antique car shows are in town. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!
Was quaint, loved the easy access to outside and walking the dogs. Only downside was no microwave and refrigerator , wifi only near office list it immediately when entering room.
Great visit. Chris is such a great host, really enjoyed getting the opportunity to chat. And who couldn't fall in love with Ripley.
