I used to live there in 2013 no ac only a fan the first night i moved in there was a fight i was desperate at the time so i took the apt only stayed there about 8 months and stayed to myself the whole time
I use to live there some one died at my kitchen. Door management. Would not move me and my family to another. Apt
I think that it's a great place for individual who don't have jobs and have family that they have to provide for instead of them being on the streets, however it could be some use for the bad apples to be weeded out so that the good apples may survive
