Jack was very swift to respond to my quote request and came over the same day to provide an estimate and get to work. Within a few hours we had a fully operating garage door. He is very prompt and awesome. I will recommend him to anyone in need.

No show, no call and the person answering the phone was unable to contact the technician. Very frustrating to wait 4 hours on a Sunday

This business uses subs which they seem to have no control over. Repair cost a lot more than was quoted on the phone. There's a problem with my repair and I called them 5 times. Each time they said someone would contact me and no one did. They gave me the number of the technician manager at a Chicago number, who further gave me the number of the job manager at a Denver number. This problem is still not resolved.

Called Eureka Garage Door Repair Co. for garage door repair. I was emailed with who my technician would be along with his photo and bio, and then received a call from my technician to give me a heads up of his arrival. The technician diagnosed the problem right away and we quickly determined a plan. I was given several options with a full price breakdown up front and did not feel hassled at all. Needed a part for my lift master to get my door working again, looked for the part online and it was at least 2 days away from every supplier I found. When I called the garage door depot I got voicemail, left my name and number and the part I was looking for and had a call back 5 minutes later saying they had it in stock. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend.
