We were trying to make storage arrangements over the weekend from out of town so my daughter could have her car while at Job Corps. The property manager helped us so much (on Saturday) that we were able to get things set up so my daughter could have a place to park on Sunday when she got back! The customer service is amazing! These folks are great!
We love this business. We reserved a unit while still out of state and the process was so streamlined and efficient. The staff is excellent in being patient and thoroughly answering many a questions. Their communication timeline is also very quick. They even provided a temporary lock until our arrival when we were able to place our personal one on. 3rd time in 4 years renting from Eureka and Michelle has helped us and been amazing each time. Have been able to get the space we need, prices are great, communication and security is too notch. First place I go for storage needs.
We have had an excellent experience with them. Clean facility with friendly staff. We rent a small storage space and it is perfect for military gear and extra items. Pricing is reasonable compared to other storage facilities in the area. They also had an amazing military special! Would recommend to anyone.
Got me a storage bin under short notice. The lady was super nice and helpful. Great price and very clean looking place. Wide aisles between rows of storage bins and very secure. Also the kiosk was nice to be able to use! Will definitely come back if I have storage needs again!
