professonal and polite staff – I was in an accident and I was lucky enough that they towed our vehicle to your company!!! I was met by Doug who had already taken my plate off of the truck becaus I had expressed concern on the phone I wasn't sure if I knew how to do that. He was very polite and helpful and I believ he is an asset to your company,I wish more companies employed peope like him.
