I took my truck in with minor damage. They had to replace the back bumper and paint it with sensors and all. I was paying cash to avoid a claim. Not only did they take care of that they replaced my windshield wiper assembly when that's not what they do. I paid for it but it was very reasonable.Also fixed a tire problem I had "free".When I picked up my truck it was so detailed I thought about trading her in. Never in my years and years experience have I been so satisfied with the excellent repair and customer service I received at EUREKA BODY & FENDER. I received progress calls that were very much appreciated, the job was completed very professionally, and in a timely manner. They are very customer service oriented, which is quite refreshing! My car was presented back to me looking brand new, and had that NEW CAR smell. They actually detailed the interior! VERY SATISFIED! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!
Do not go anywhere else! I've had to have three insurance claims taken care of here, and have not had one negative experience. Extremely professional, fair, and they do excellent work. If you have All-State insurance, the claims process is very easy - there is little to nothing you have to do, and Eureka Body and Fender is completely transparent regarding work, parts, and everything to do with your claim. 5 stars from me.

I just want to say Thank you so much for the repair of my 2011 Nissan Rouge. She looks better now than she did when I first got her.
